Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Drivenaro website and, when the store is open for sales, purchases made through drivenaro.com.
Throughout these Terms, the terms “Drivenaro”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the trader operating the Drivenaro online store.
Complete legal trader information, including the trader's legal name, business address and applicable registration or tax information, will be provided in the Contact Information section before the store is opened for commercial transactions.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Where a product's compatibility or fit depends on a vehicle, customers should review the relevant dimensions and fit information before ordering.
Product descriptions do not override any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
3. GapGuard™ Vehicle Fit
Drivenaro GapGuard™ is designed to fit a range of vehicle interiors, but compatibility depends on the design and dimensions of the vehicle's seats and center console.
It is not represented as universally compatible with every vehicle.
Customers should review the Fit Guide and dimensions available on the product page before placing an order.
This fit information does not affect any statutory consumer rights.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated on the store.
Where legally required, applicable taxes will be included in or calculated as part of the price presented to the customer.
Any additional charge that applies to an order will be disclosed before the customer completes checkout.
We may change product prices from time to time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been validly placed and accepted.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
After an order is placed, you may receive an automated order confirmation.
We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process the order.
In limited circumstances, an order may need to be cancelled before fulfillment, including where:

We do not require customers to provide payment information outside the official Drivenaro checkout process.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, public holidays, customs procedures, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Fulfillment Partners
Drivenaro may use third-party logistics, fulfillment and shipping providers to prepare and deliver customer orders.
The use of a third-party fulfillment provider does not remove or limit the consumer rights that apply to purchases made from the Drivenaro store.
For customer service matters relating to a Drivenaro order, customers should contact Drivenaro, rather than contacting a fulfillment provider directly.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have entered fulfillment.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible at:
Once fulfillment has begun or an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be technically possible.
Where applicable, customers may still exercise their statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the order.
10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who are entitled to the statutory EU right of withdrawal may withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
11. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the sales contract, customers may have statutory rights in addition to the voluntary policies provided by Drivenaro.
Consumers in the European Union benefit from legal protections for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract.

Product availability may change without notice.
Adding a product to the cart does not reserve inventory.
If an ordered product unexpectedly becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and refund.

Promotional prices, discount codes and special offers may be subject to specific conditions displayed with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
