At Drivenaro, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without having to provide a reason.

To request a return, please contact us at support@drivenaro.com within the 14-day period.

Please do not send any products back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, together with any included parts or accessories.

You may inspect the product as you would reasonably do in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at support@drivenaro.com and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos or video showing the issue

We will review your request and provide the appropriate next steps.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled.

If your order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may still have the right to request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where an exception is permitted by applicable law.

Any such exception will only be applied where legally applicable and will not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Product Fit

For products where compatibility or fit depends on your vehicle, please review the dimensions and fit information provided on the product page before ordering.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
